Assembly incudes <5mW I/R LASER diode with control board & collmanating lens in a heavy aluminum housing. TTL level input turns beam on/off, calibrated DC output voltage monitors beam power, 0 to-6VDC input controls output power. 815+-50nm output wavelength, with 95% in TEM00 Mode. Requires: +5VDC @ < 150mA, + &-12VDC @ <150mA. With Data
